About the Role

In this position you will lead multiple compliance initiatives, collaborating with product managers, engineering, legal, supply chain and commercial leaders. You will manage projects end‑to‑end, from defining scope and deliverables through scheduling, budgeting, execution oversight and post‑project reviews. • Define requirements, scope and deliverables for compliance projects. • Develop project schedules, milestones and budget estimates. • Coordinate priorities and maintain detailed project documentation. • Oversee execution of global compliance projects to ensure on‑time, quality delivery. • Provide weekly and ad‑hoc status reports to leadership and stakeholders. • Conduct post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and brings at least seven years of project‑management experience in a global, matrixed environment. Proven expertise with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet or Jira, strong communication and influencing skills, and the ability to drive data‑based decisions are required; knowledge of global product compliance standards is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics or related field. • 7+ years of professional project‑management experience in a global setting. • Proficiency with project‑management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira. • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and influencing abilities. • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in matrixed organizations. • Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills. • Self‑starter with high organizational ability and independence. • Comfortable presenting updates to senior leadership and driving change. • Knowledge of global product compliance regulations and standards (preferred). • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally on an occasional basis.

Benefits

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $75,800 to $122,000, a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), ESPP, PTO, tuition reimbursement) and discounts on Stanley Black & Decker tools. Travel may be required occasionally, both nationally and internationally.
