About the Role

As the Senior Client Representative/Project Manager, you will lead large-scale, complex real-estate projects from concept through completion. You will act as the primary liaison between the client and internal project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. Key responsibilities include managing all project phases—planning, design, construction, and closeout—while coordinating cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors. You will develop and maintain comprehensive schedules, facilitate Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings, prepare ROM estimates, oversee budgets under GAAP, and proactively manage risks and compliance with codes and sustainability standards. • Manage all phases of real estate projects from planning through closeout • Serve as primary client liaison ensuring alignment with strategic objectives • Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project, Primavera, or Procore • Facilitate Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings and produce accurate minutes • Prepare ROM estimates and oversee project budgets under GAAP • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively • Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and sustainability standards

What You Bring

The Senior Project Manager role is a hybrid position based in Southern Los Angeles or Orange County, requiring regular client visits. Candidates must reside in these areas to be considered. The position supports a specific client account, property portfolio, or large facility/complex through interaction with clients, property managers, and project staff. The role requires a minimum of ten years of progressive project-management experience in real-estate development, construction, or capital projects, with a proven track record of delivering large or complex initiatives. Candidates must be proficient in scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, Procore), budget development, contract administration (AIA, GMP, Design-Build), and possess strong executive-level communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience managing $10M‑$50M budgets, knowledge of LEED or WELL certifications, entitlement processes, and mentorship of junior managers. • Minimum 10 years progressive project management experience in real estate or construction • Proven ability to deliver large capital initiatives ($10M‑$50M) from concept to completion • Expertise in project scheduling tools, budget development, and contract administration (AIA, GMP, Design-Build) • Strong communication, presentation, and executive-level reporting skills • Preferred: knowledge of LEED/WELL certifications and entitlement processes • Preferred: leadership experience mentoring junior project managers

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $135,000 to $150,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package covering health, vision, dental, flexible spending, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
