About the Role
The Assistant Community Manager supports smooth day-to-day operations across one or multiple residential sites, reporting to the Area Community Manager and assisting local Community Managers to uphold high service standards and resident engagement. In this role the associate serves as a primary contact for residents and visitors, fostering a welcoming environment, handling inquiries, and collaborating with the service team to ensure seamless move-in and move-out experiences. The position also involves maintaining the property’s appearance and safety by conducting inspections, walking the grounds, coordinating with maintenance, and helping organize community events and engagement activities. Administrative duties include reviewing resident accounts, preparing community reports, and performing various clerical tasks assigned by the Community Manager, while any significant resident or operational issues are escalated to leadership. • Respond to resident inquiries, comments, and feedback. • Facilitate walk‑in and scheduled tours, including travel to other communities. • Assist with resident move‑in and move‑out processes. • Conduct inspections of new resident homes to ensure a positive move‑in experience. • Walk property grounds to maintain curb appeal and coordinate with maintenance on major issues. • Support execution of community events and engagement activities. • Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed on site. • Review and maintain accuracy of resident accounts and records. • Prepare required community reports and handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks. • Escalate significant resident issues or concerns to the Area Community Manager.

What You Bring
Successful candidates bring at least two years of customer-service experience, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, a valid driver’s license, and the physical capacity to walk properties and lift up to 25 pounds; they embody Morgan Properties’ values of passion, respect, integrity, diversity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
