About the Role
As a Facilities Manager at JLL you will lead assigned sites, providing direction to a highly skilled team that delivers facilities‑management services in professional office environments. You will ensure service delivery meets Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators while operating within prescribed budgets. This strategic position blends operational excellence with client‑relationship management and requires collaboration with Senior Facilities Managers to define the facilities team vision. Your daily work will involve collaborating with the Senior Facilities Manager to set and execute the facilities team’s strategic direction and overseeing property operations to protect, maintain, and enhance client site value. You will conduct routine inspections, manage third‑party contractors and vendors, and drive continuous improvement by leveraging JLL tools, processes, and best practices. Additionally, you will serve as the primary client interface, build strong relationships with client and operations teams, and promote a safety‑first culture through training and teamwork. • Develop and execute facilities team vision with Senior Facilities Manager • Oversee property operations to protect, maintain, and improve client site value • Conduct routine site inspections ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs • Manage third‑party contractors and vendors, driving continuous improvement • Serve as primary client interface to ensure service delivery satisfaction • Transform operational practices by leveraging JLL tools, processes, and best practices • Promote a safety‑first culture through training and collaborative teamwork • Develop and maintain operating budgets, achieving cost‑saving targets • Conduct performance reviews and champion CMMS adoption across the team

What You Bring
The role requires a minimum of five to eight years of facilities‑management experience, including leadership of facilities teams and management of 24/7 operations in fast‑paced environments. Candidates must demonstrate strong client‑relationship skills, proficiency with building systems, CMMS platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite, as well as solid problem‑solving and safety‑procedure knowledge. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, experience in professional office‑environment facilities management, strategic sourcing, capital‑improvement project planning, and familiarity with JLL tools and landlord‑tenant relationships. • Minimum 5–8 years of facilities‑management experience leading teams • Experience managing 24/7 operations with strong client‑relationship skills • Proficiency with building systems, CMMS, and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and safety‑procedure knowledge • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, office‑environment facilities background, strategic sourcing, capital‑improvement project planning, familiarity with JLL tools and landlord‑tenant management
