About the Role

The Part‑Time Guest Services Representative works at Mic Mac Mall as an active member of the Guest Services team, delivering premium customer service and acting as a liaison with tenants. The role emphasizes a "Beyond the Booth" approach, ensuring support is provided at all times throughout the shopping centre. • Deliver exceptional customer service to patrons and tenants. • Sell mall gift cards and handle daily deposits, shift reports, and logs. • Respond to telephone, email, and in‑person inquiries. • Perform opening and closing duties as directed. • Manage customer tracking initiatives. • Assist customers with all available mall services. • Create, post, and monitor social media content. • Support security and maintenance teams to ensure a safe, clean environment. • Assist with on‑site promotions and events. • Cultivate relationships with retailers and stay updated on store promotions. • Respond to online service inquiries on KIPSU. • Monitor mall events and retailer sales for social media updates. • Prepare documentation, banners, directory updates, and support display setups. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace. • Manage inventory of administrative supplies and gift cards. • Ensure customers leave the shopping centre satisfied.

Benefits

This part‑time position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends in accordance with extended centre hours. Compensation is offered at $16.50‑$17.00 CAD per hour, with a guarantee that pay will not fall below minimum wage. • Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends.
