About the Role

The Senior Scheduler role supports the scheduling function for a large‑scale construction program, acting as a trusted advisor to owners, contractors and consultants. The incumbent will lead the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule, apply Earned Value Management techniques, and provide timely analysis of schedule performance to the program team. This position requires close collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity and drive corrective actions when deviations arise. • Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). • Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large‑scale capital programs. • Interface with stakeholders as trusted advisors, providing guidance and recommendations. • Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for client approval. • Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling. • Consolidate contractors' schedules into the IMS. • Assess impacts on critical and near‑critical path activities and report to the program team. • Monitor schedule deviations and assist in developing corrective actions. • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology to measure progress. • Review schedules with project and program team members regularly to ensure accurate data. • Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, and analysis on a periodic basis. • Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances affecting schedule performance. • Assure the credibility of information contained in the schedule. • Maintain liaison with clients and consultants throughout all project stages. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. • Develop program planning and scheduling strategy, defining processes and responsibilities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field. • 5–7 years of construction project controls experience. • Experience working in complex matrix environments. • Strong communication skills. • Experience in fast‑paced, mission‑critical environments (preferred). • Knowledge of construction program delivery best practices from inception to close‑out. • Ability to identify critical milestones and dependencies across the project lifecycle. • Experience coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders while maintaining scheduler independence. • Proficiency converting schedule data into insightful reports and graphics. • Infrastructure experience preferred, especially in the electric‑vehicle sector. • Experience on programs of approximately $500 million+ (advantageous). • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent scheduling software. • AACE PSP certification beneficial.
