About the Role

In the pre‑construction phase, you will collaborate with the client and the general contractor to develop the Master Project Schedule and Budget. You will support contractor pre‑qualification, bid solicitation, analysis and provide recommendations, as well as assist in contract negotiations. Additionally, you will help the client’s team identify, scope, procure and schedule all Owner‑direct vendors and consultants, and work with the commercial and PCG teams to establish budget management and tracking processes. You will also set close‑out documentation requirements and aid in city or authority final inspections and occupancy. • Create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Budget with client and contractor • Support contractor pre‑qualification, bid solicitation, analysis and recommendations • Assist in contract negotiations • Identify, scope, buy‑out and schedule Owner‑direct vendors and consultants • Develop budget management and tracking processes • Define close‑out documentation requirements with document controller • Coordinate final city/authority inspections and occupancy • Manage scheduling, coordination and oversight of all Owner‑direct vendors and consultants • Apply expertise in large‑scale technical projects and construction techniques • Manage multiple technical disciplines across the project

What You Bring

The ideal candidate brings an in‑depth understanding of large‑scale technical projects and construction techniques, and can effectively manage multiple technical disciplines. Experience with data‑centre new builds or refurbishments, especially hyperscale projects, is highly advantageous.
