About the Role

Why we need you: The Leasing Consultant is responsible for effectively implementing the leasing and marketing program, promoting the positive image of the apartment community and assisting management with resident programs and retention. Responsibilities: Your day-to‑day may include helping future residents find their next home by touring the community, processing lease applications, drafting leases, planning and attending resident events, collecting and securing rental payments, conducting campaign research, reporting, and retention activities, and maintaining an acceptable closing ratio based on property expectations. • Implement leasing and marketing programs to enhance community image. • Tour prospective residents, process applications, and draft lease agreements. • Organize and attend resident events and community functions. • Collect and secure rental payments. • Perform campaign research, reporting, and retention initiatives. • Achieve and maintain the property's expected closing ratio. • Provide excellent customer service with a sales mindset.

What You Bring

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who are interested in the role, detail‑oriented, have a can‑do attitude, think outside the box, and possess customer service or sales experience, a valid driver’s license, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and at least a high school diploma or equivalent. • Possess a valid driver’s license. • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
