About the Role
The Maintenance Technician assists with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance and the make‑ready process under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and community features to identify and correct hazards. • Conduct preventative maintenance, pool cleaning, chemical logging, and make‑ready turn events. • Maintain an organized, stocked maintenance shop and adhere to OSHA and safety standards. • Track service requests, inventory, and maintenance records accurately. • Provide excellent customer service, enforce community policies, and represent the property positively. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and after‑hours repairs as needed.

What You Bring
• Require High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Must be able to lift/handle objects over 100 lb, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and operate power tools and vehicles. • Reliable transportation is required for on‑call emergencies.

Benefits
Compensation includes an hourly rate of $20‑$22, a total rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, performance bonuses, paid sick days and holidays; offers may vary based on experience and certifications.
