About the Role

The Project Engineer will support the Land Development group by preparing design components for comprehensive work products, with an emphasis on transportation design. Responsibilities include creating designs and reports, performing calculations, using CADD/Civil 3D, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, communicating with teams, clients, and agencies, conducting site visits, and attending external meetings. • Prepare engineering designs and technical reports • Perform engineering calculations for transportation projects • Utilize AutoCAD/Civil 3D for design drafting • Ensure designs comply with WMD, FDEP, and local code requirements • Coordinate communication with project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies • Conduct site visits as needed to gather field data • Attend and represent the project at external meetings

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in civil or agricultural engineering • Possess up to three years of transportation design experience • Ability to obtain PE registration within five years of graduation • Pass a mandatory DMV background check
