About the Role
As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the brand within partner retail stores and influence potential customers. Your success will be measured by your ability to build relationships, generate enthusiasm for solar and storage products, and educate shoppers on renewable energy solutions. The role requires proactively scheduling appointments to expand the Sunrun customer base. • Represent Sunrun brand in partner retail stores and engage potential customers. • Schedule and conduct solar appointments to grow the customer base. • Educate shoppers on renewable energy and storage solutions. • Work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Travel within a 15‑30 mile radius and cover multiple store locations. • Meet or exceed sales targets to earn base pay plus uncapped commissions. • Participate in growth programs: mentoring, instructor‑led training, tuition‑covered education.

Compensation includes a competitive hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 and top performers earning $160,000+ per year.
