About the Role

The Financial Analyst role supports the department by delivering timely financial reporting, assisting with project management, and performing analyses for both internal and external customers. The analyst measures, manages, and analyzes business metrics and initiatives, offering recommendations to improve processes and policies. Accurate and transparent financial analysis is provided to management as needed. Core duties include generating standard and ad‑hoc reports, interpreting operational data, and developing metrics and tools that enhance accountability. The analyst identifies root‑cause issues using data, proposes solutions, and collaborates with management and field divisions on process improvements. What You Bring

The position requires experience with data analysis from multiple source systems and familiarity with tools such as Oracle, Tango, Arriba, and LQ. Candidates must be proficient in Excel macros or SQL, possess strong communication skills to present financial insights to senior leaders, and understand SOX compliance. A minimum of one year of financial, accounting, or business analysis experience and intermediate‑to‑expert Excel proficiency are required. • Use Oracle, Tango, Arriba, and LQ systems. • Understand SOX compliance requirements. • Possess intermediate to expert level expertise in Microsoft Excel. • Minimum one year of financial, accounting, or business analysis experience.
