About the Role
The Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the UK&I Business Line Leadership Team, shaping the people agenda and ensuring that HR initiatives deliver real business value across the region. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing data‑driven insights and thought leadership to influence decisions from a people perspective, and collaborate with senior leaders to design talent strategies that align with commercial objectives. You will coach regional HR managers and provide individual coaching to senior leaders, embedding career planning and development into regular leadership conversations and team priorities. Responsibility includes leading talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management cycles, while partnering with the Talent Centre of Expertise to identify, retain, and develop top talent. You will work with the Reward Centre of Expertise to deliver annual reward processes and ensure that reward strategies are aligned with performance and talent outcomes. Acting as a conduit between the business and HR Centres of Expertise (Talent, Reward, Employee Relations, Recruitment, etc.), you will connect functions to create a cohesive and impactful HR approach. You will lead strategic conversations that challenge the status quo, translate business needs into actionable HR strategies with clear metrics, and spearhead projects that span multiple business lines or countries to drive regional consistency. Supporting the evolution of the HR function, you will promote a problem‑solving mindset, structured project management, and help shift HR from transactional delivery to strategic change leadership for measurable long‑term value. • Advise UK&I Business Line leaders on people strategy using data‑driven insights. • Design and execute talent strategies aligned with commercial objectives. • Coach regional HR managers and senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness. • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management cycles. • Partner with Talent and Reward Centres of Expertise to retain top talent and deliver annual reward processes. • Align HR initiatives across Talent, Reward, Employee Relations, and Recruitment functions for cohesive impact. • Drive strategic HR projects spanning multiple business lines or countries. • Promote a shift from transactional HR to strategic change leadership through structured project management.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has proven HR Business Partner experience in a complex global matrix organization, success partnering with HR CoEs, strong coaching and influencing skills, and the ability to use data and analytics to drive strategic decisions and high‑impact, cross‑functional HR projects. • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex global matrix environment. • Strong ability to influence senior leaders, use analytics, and deliver measurable HR outcomes.
