About the Role
In this role you will coach, mentor, and act as a role model by coordinating daily manpower, aligning staff across the department, and motivating the team toward production, safety, and quality goals. You will support tier meetings when the supervisor is absent and help resolve work issues, escalating as needed. Continuous improvement is emphasized through clear communication of quality standards, follow‑up on shortages or overages, and recommendations to enhance warehouse effectiveness. You will also assess put‑away demand, allocate resources, manage material flow from receiving to delivery, conduct cycle counts, update discrepancy logs, and use Oracle to maintain accurate inventory records.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and people skills, natural leadership instincts, and the ability to see both sides of a problem to propose solutions. Effective problem‑solving, experience with WMS (Sterling) and Oracle, and solid computer proficiency are highly valued. Educational and experiential requirements are detailed in the bullet points below. • Must have a High school diploma. • Experience using Microsoft programs (specifically Excel). • Two plus years of experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. • One plus year of leadership experience including mentoring or training newer team members. • Must have a two-year College diploma or equivalent experience/training in business, warehousing, or distribution. • Must have a minimum of two years experience in warehouse setting using RF scanners. • Must have a minimum of one year of Forklift experience. • Experience with a WMS, ideally Sterling. • Experience with an ERP system, ideally Oracle.

Benefits
Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Receiving Team Lead for the first shift. The hourly rate ranges from $19.44 to $29.16 and the position is eligible for a variable incentive program. Salary is based on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and market considerations. Work hours are 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
