Senior Civil & Interior Project Engineer / Project Manager

About the Role

• Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures; track milestones. • Conduct feasibility and site readiness assessments, develop method statements, and sequence civil and interior activities. • Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil finishes such as HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing and fire safety systems. • Drive design development, review shop drawings, and ensure Good for Construction (GFC) drawing alignment. • Oversee structural alterations, flooring, waterproofing, masonry, plastering, cladding, painting, ensuring compliance with IS codes and NBC India. • Supervise interior fit‑out works including joinery, modular furniture, partitions, ceilings, wall treatments, veneers, laminates, stone, metal and soft finishes; manage sample approvals and finish schedules. • Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site workforce; resolve conflicts and run weekly progress reviews with clients, architects and consultants. • Enforce EHS and site safety standards through PPE checks, method statements, toolbox talks and risk assessments. • Maintain daily logs, measurement books, RFI/RFP trackers, as‑built drawings and handover documentation. • Implement quality control plans, conduct inspections, drive commissioning, snag rectification and defects liability follow‑up.

The Real Estate department is seeking an experienced Civil & Interior Project professional to lead end‑to‑end planning, execution and delivery of high‑end finish projects. The role covers civil finishes, interior fit‑outs, MEP coordination, cost and schedule control, vendor management and quality and safety compliance, requiring hands‑on site leadership and strong stakeholder communication. Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or a diploma with strong experience) and have 8‑10 years of relevant experience in commercial office, retail, hospitality or high‑end residential projects.
