About the Role
Senior Project Managers at Turner & Townsend lead a broad portfolio of projects and programmes across sectors such as aviation, roads, rail, telecommunications and utilities. The role requires end-to-end infrastructure project or programme management, delivering to client objectives and managing contracts, finances, health, safety, quality and environmental aspects. Managers are expected to plan, communicate and organise multiple work streams while interfacing with senior client representatives. • Oversee infrastructure project lifecycles, including contract, financial, health, safety, quality and environmental management. • Lead and develop project teams in challenging or ambiguous settings. • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and partner organisations. • Analyse complex problems and craft actionable delivery solutions. • Manage multiple work streams and communicate effectively with senior client representatives.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, capable of developing teams and navigating ambiguous environments. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are needed to build trusted advisor relationships with diverse clients and partners. Analytical and numerical abilities enable rapid understanding of complex problems and creation of workable solutions, while resilience under pressure drives successful delivery. Beneficial experience includes aviation infrastructure project management, procurement and NEC contract administration, as well as managing contractors, consultants and advisors on large infrastructure programmes. Familiarity with public-sector organisations and experience in consultancy or client-side project management are also valued. Preferred qualifications comprise a degree or HND in management, construction or infrastructure, professional affiliation with APM, ICE or similar, and project-management certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP or NEC PM accreditation. • Possess aviation infrastructure project experience and NEC contract procurement expertise. • Hold a degree/HND in management, construction or infrastructure or equivalent experience. • Maintain professional affiliation or certification (APM, ICE, PRINCE2, MSP, NEC PM).
