About the Role

Property managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs, suggesting and selling packing and moving supplies, and conducting daily unit inspections to ensure availability. They also audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collection calls. Physical duties include lifting or moving items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities with up to 50 % of time spent outdoors, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure availability • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits • Manage payment reminders and collection calls • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk/stand outdoors up to 50 % of shift, climb stairs, open large doors • Perform cleaning, sweeping/mopping interior and maintain exterior grounds
