About the Role

• Review quarterly financial reporting to investors, including US GAAP statements and performance metrics. • Validate NAV packs from external fund administrators for accuracy. • Manage fund capital activity, liquidity forecasting, investor queries, and compliance. • Present significant quarterly transactions to senior management. • Coordinate with external service providers to deliver timely accurate investor information. • Review support documents for investor K‑1s and Canadian tax TBs. • Prepare internal and external audit requests and maintain control documentation. • Assist in analyzing complex accounting issues and improving reporting processes. • Handle special projects and ad hoc requests.

What You Bring

The role sits within the Private Funds Finance and Operations team of the Infrastructure group, supporting fund‑operations reporting. The successful candidate is a self‑starter with strong finance and accounting fundamentals, excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of intellectual curiosity. • Understand complex legal fund structures and their impact on cash flows and consolidation. • University degree in business or accounting (preferred). • Professional accounting designation (CPA/CA). • Minimum five years of progressive finance/accounting experience. • Experience with private funds and investment management, especially complex ownership structures. • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and strong analytical/problem‑solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage changing priorities. • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, and deadline‑management abilities. • Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise. • Self‑motivated and proactive regarding workload and professional development.
