In this position you will deliver traffic engineering and project management services across transportation planning, transit, safety, and ITS projects for diverse clients, while defining and executing a growth‑focused vision for the TPTO practice. You will cultivate strong client relationships, drive business development, supervise design projects, and ensure quality, timeliness, and profitability. What You Bring
Candidates must have 10+ years of diversified transportation engineering experience, a BS or MS in civil or transportation engineering from an ABET‑accredited program, and a state PE license. Proven business development skills, the ability to win work, manage projects profitably, and mentor staff are essential, as are strong communication, leadership, and technical abilities. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
