About the Role

The role provides visionary, strategic, and technical leadership in developing gas standards, policies, and design criteria to optimize the life‑cycle performance of delivery assets, making authoritative decisions that affect operational activities. • Lead technical initiatives to improve gas asset life‑cycle performance. • Anticipate operational, environmental, and regulatory changes to optimize resources. • Facilitate state and federal pipeline safety audits and draft regulatory responses. • Follow up on audit recommendations and implement process improvements. • Plan, schedule, and coordinate policies for gas asset design, installation, and maintenance. • Direct teams monitoring quality, performance, and compliance of gas assets. • Standardize business practices across Gas Delivery operating regions as a technical liaison. • Serve as recognized authority and consultant for Delivery partners on gas processes. • Lead cross‑functional groups to develop technical and operational solutions. • Provide technical, financial, and regulatory justification for recommendations. • Develop implementation plans, schedules, and monitor program effectiveness. • Guide managers, coordinators, designers, analysts, and service providers working on gas assets.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum 8 years of experience in gas delivery systems, operations, design, or supply chain, including at least 2 years of leadership. • Proven experience leading teams to achieve regulatory or compliance objectives. • Strong ability to interpret state and federal gas regulations and resolve operational issues. • Effective presentation skills for diverse audiences and senior leadership. • Competence in technical writing to ensure clear, defensible documentation.
