About the Role
Property Managers operate independently across multiple locations, assessing customers' storage needs, recommending solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. They conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls as needed. • Assess and recommend storage solutions to customers • Sell packing and moving supplies • Perform daily unit inspections to ensure availability • Audit cash drawers and complete bank deposits • Conduct payment reminder and collection calls • Transport items up to 35 lb and walk/Climb within facilities • Clean interior spaces and maintain exterior grounds • Work flexible hours between 9:30 am–6 pm (weekends until 5 pm)

What You Bring
The role requires physical ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds, spend up to 50 % of the time walking around facilities—including climbing stairs and opening large doors—and perform cleaning and daily maintenance of both interior areas and exterior grounds. Ideal candidates have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food, and must hold a valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle for traveling between sites, with mileage reimbursement provided.
