Operate and maintain injection moulding machines, ensuring quality and efficiency

About the Role
• Perform startup, shutdown and parameter setting of injection molding machines. • Set and adjust machine settings according to approved process sheets. • Carry out mould changeovers safely and accurately. • Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions for defects such as short fill, flash, or burn marks. • Continuously track cycle time, part quality, and machine condition; report abnormalities to maintenance or engineering teams. • Support internal and external audits and execute required corrective actions. • Assist with weekly and monthly efficiency loss and reject analysis.
