About the Role
The Operator will drive a forklift, operate a crane, and use other equipment as needed to support their department in the most efficient and economical manner. Duties include transporting, storing, retrieving, identifying, sorting, stacking, auditing, locating parts and supplies, setting up jobs, adjusting machines and equipment, and handling pick‑ups and deliveries for other departments. The role ensures production operators receive adequate parts and material while removing finished products from their area. The Operator maintains equipment through cleaning, visual, fluid, and functional inspections, must be OSHA‑certified, provide personal hand tools, read and interpret drawings and routing sheets, use calipers, gauges and other measuring devices, and perform SPC as required. Hazardous waste must be properly packaged and labeled before removal.

What You Bring
• Ability to work a minimum of eight hours. • Ability to walk, see, and have full use of both hands. • Ability to lift 50 lb from floor to waist and from waist to floor. • Team lifting over 50 lb. • Ability to climb.
