About the Role
As a Maintenance Tech III you will maintain guestrooms, public spaces and back‑of‑the‑house areas, ensuring the property remains attractive and well‑kept. The role emphasizes guest relations and rapid problem resolution while collaborating with both customers and staff. You will perform a variety of technical duties to the highest standards. • Repair boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans and HVAC equipment. • Complete maintenance and facilities work orders. • Visually inspect, test, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment. • Dismantle defective machines and install new components. • Install and repair electrical apparatus such as transformers and wiring. • Repair and maintain the building’s physical structure. • Set up and operate machine tools (e.g., grinders, drills) to fabricate parts. • Provide customer service to team members, owners and guests. • Respond promptly to calls and inquiries from members and guests. • Conduct building rounds and maintain accurate records. • Maintain, clean and chemically balance pools, spas and water features.
What You Bring
The position requires effective verbal and written communication in English, a high school diploma or GED, and at least three years of facilities‑maintenance experience. Physical requirements include climbing stairs, working on ladders up to 40 ft and lifting up to 100 lb, with reasonable accommodations available. Preferred candidates bring 3‑5 years of related experience and hold certifications such as EPA, Certified Pool Operator and a state driver’s license. • People‑first culture and supportive management. • Strong verbal and written communication in English. • High school diploma or GED. • Minimum three years of facilities‑maintenance experience. • Ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift/push/pull up to 100 lb. • Preferred 3‑5 years related experience. • EPA certification, Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and state driver’s license.
