About the Role
This position is based at our Greenwood, SC location and works closely with cross‑functional teams and other shift leaders to ensure clear communication, smooth handoffs, and uninterrupted operations. The position supports the facility’s overall production goals. The role provides leadership and direction for the raw material warehouse, including the assembly parts storeroom and raw material storeroom (bar and housing) within the Hodges (Lake Greenwood) facility. It ensures daily cycle counts are completed as scheduled, investigates inventory discrepancies, identifies root causes, and implements corrective actions. All material storage must comply with EHS guidelines, and excess or obsolete material is identified, approved, and disposed of in a timely fashion. The incumbent works with the local rehab facility to plan material availability for assembled parts. The leader guides and oversees work operations to respond positively to unusual situations, material shortages, and varying manpower requirements, while maintaining overall inventory management and accurate transaction balances. Physical duties include using appropriate lift assists or partner lifts, lifting and carrying up to 40 lb, and pushing or pulling up to 100 lb. Safety protocols must be followed when handling materials. • Lead raw material and assembly parts storerooms at the Greenwood, SC facility. • Ensure daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. • Maintain EHS‑compliant storage and timely disposal of excess/obsolete material. • Coordinate material availability with the local rehab facility. • Oversee overall inventory control, ensuring accurate transactions and balances. • Use lift assists; lift up to 40 lb and push/pull up to 100 lb.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience, and one year of leadership experience managing people or project teams. Prior experience in warehousing, storeroom, or shipping is preferred. • Adapt operations to material shortages, unusual situations, and staffing changes. • Minimum: high school diploma/GED, 1 year manufacturing experience, 1 year leadership experience. • Prior warehousing, storeroom, or shipping experience preferred.
