About the Role

In this client‑facing role, the Managing Consultant will lead multi‑workstream projects, manage delivery teams and oversee timelines, scope, budget and risk to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities include project initiation, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post‑implementation support, aligning initiatives with client objectives and change‑management needs. • Lead complex EMIS implementations from initiation through go‑live and sustainment. • Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including technical, functional, client stakeholders, and vendors. • Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and delivery quality. • Communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors.

What You Bring

The consultant will also provide independent advice on off‑the‑shelf or custom‑built third‑party technologies and maintain a strong understanding of the EMIS technology market. Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Enablon, Intelex, Cority, SAI Global EHS 360, Sphera or similar is required, together with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate brings extensive project‑management experience, strong functional and technical skills, deep knowledge of global EHS and sustainability business capabilities and regulatory requirements, and familiarity with waterfall, agile or hybrid delivery models.
