About the Role
In this role you will implement and manage drafting and plan‑preparation standards, develop technical drawings and plans of substantial complexity, and perform quality checks and calculations. What You Bring
Our Lake Nona, Florida office is seeking a Roadway Civil Designer with more than eight years of experience to join the roadway team. The ideal candidate has eight‑plus years of experience with OpenRoads or Microstation, advanced proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products, and at least a high school diploma (an associate degree is preferred). Strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a willingness to mentor others are essential. • 8+ years of experience with OpenRoads and/or Microstation. • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products. • Strong work ethic and interpersonal communication/writing skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team. • Willingness to mentor and teach others.
