About the Role
• Prepare and review urban development plans, including land use, transportation, and infrastructure projects. • Conduct research and analyze data to support planning decisions and policy recommendations. • Produce detailed reports, presentations, and maps using planning software and tools. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and environmental specialists on interdisciplinary projects. • Participate in public meetings and stakeholder consultations to gather input on initiatives. • Support the development and implementation of zoning regulations and land‑use policies. • Contribute to creating sustainable and livable urban environments. • Assist with project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in urban planning and sustainable development. • Maintain in‑depth knowledge of urban planning principles, zoning, and land‑use policies. • Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines. • Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field. • Bring 13–15 years of experience in urban planning or a related discipline. • Proficient in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and other urban planning software. • Demonstrate strong data analysis and visualization capabilities. • Exhibit excellent project management and organizational skills. • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with diverse audiences. • Show proven research and report‑writing abilities. • Understand sustainable development practices and apply them to projects. • Adapt to dynamic work conditions and travel within the city and region as needed.
