About the Role
The Community Ambassador actively manages and coordinates the delivery of the “World’s Best Workplace” across office and cafeteria floors. This role serves as the primary point of contact for people seeking information, service and assistance, ensures cleanliness, safety and overall appearance of the assigned area, and guides occupants to the right resources and meeting rooms. • Facilitate unassigned seating and ensure its long‑term effectiveness • Build a greater sense of community and stakeholder engagement • Act as owner of the space across all stakeholder groups • Make decisions, guide behaviour, pilot adjustments and escalate issues • Maintain an open dialogue with floor residents and act as space owner • Advocate for innovation and recommend workplace enhancements • Tailor tea‑point experiences to audiences as directed by the client • Monitor for tailgaters or suspicious activity • Conduct observational studies and issue surveys • Collect employee feedback and issue monthly utilization summaries • Organise community events and maintain a log of initiatives • Maintain up‑to‑date Floor Ambassador files in SharePoint • Assist individuals in finding work stations • Proactively prepare visitors for the experience (seating, printing, equipment) • Support team administrators with onboarding, flex‑work briefings and kit distribution • Ensure on‑floor meetings and events are set up and run smoothly • Provide concierge‑style services beyond normal duties • Manage floor aesthetics and prevent quality degradation over time • Address items left in communal spaces and uphold clean‑desk policies • Remove overnight personal belongings not cleared by cleaning staff • Label and place items in lost‑and‑found, and periodically remit them to owners • Own and maintain the floor’s lost‑and‑found bin • Reset desks and conference rooms to the required configuration • Manage meeting‑room conflicts and enforce etiquette • Oversee floor filing and locker space for individuals and departments • Perform morning floor checks • Audit floor cleanliness continuously and address issues immediately • Adjust cleaning schedules to resolve recurring problems • Manage whiteboard and bulletin‑board content to avoid overstays • Submit help‑desk tickets for identified issues and update signage • Conduct regular punch‑lists to spot new problems • Escalate repeat issues and work with the help desk for long‑term solutions • Track and resolve outstanding help‑desk tickets on the same day • Ensure floor TVs and way‑finding screens are functional • Maintain inventories of kits, headsets, coffee mugs, keyboards and mice • Observe health‑and‑safety guidelines, using signs and barriers as needed • Monitor temperature and report through proper channels

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or hospitality diploma, possesses 1–3 years of relevant experience—preferably in hospitality—and demonstrates strong communication skills.
