About the Role
• Own overall project responsibility, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality performance. • Develop Task Order, Scope of Work, and Project Management Plan. • Create and maintain communication, safety, and quality plans for the project. • Lead estimate, schedule, and budget development and secure baseline approval. • Conduct pre‑solicitation and post‑award activities, including subcontractor schedule reviews. • Manage subcontractor strategy, reporting, and progress tracking tools. • Organize and facilitate project meetings, kickoff sessions, and stakeholder communications. • Monitor project performance, report status, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Oversee procurement processes, change control requests, and construction readiness. • Coordinate detailed design reviews with engineering and make procurement decisions. • Supervise construction, startup, testing, and close‑out activities. • Perform risk assessment, contingency planning, and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements. • Ensure adherence to project management standards throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Possess 10–15 years of experience managing engineering‑procurement‑construction (EPC) projects. • Be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a NASA badge and provide required identification documents. • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication in English. • Maintain a valid state driver’s license and pass background and drug screening. • Meet physical requirements: lift up to 50 lb, walk and stand up to six hours daily, climb ladders, and wear required PPE. • Exhibit strong leadership, teamwork, organization, and planning abilities. • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and familiar with design, construction, and engineering terminology. • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and detailed instructions.
