Job Highlights
About the Role
• Greet and assist owners and guests with luggage handling, special requests, and deliveries. • Monitor the front entrance and guest arrivals. • Provide information about room amenities and property services per brand standards. • Assist in covering the gate when needed. • Keep the front entrance and lobby organized, safe, and clean. • Fulfill reasonable requests from management, including assisting other departments. • Maintain regular attendance according to HGVC standards.

What You Bring
• Previous customer service experience. • Current and valid driver's license. • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and work any day, including weekends and holidays. • Previous hotel/hospitality industry experience preferred.
