About the Role

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and toileting. • Prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities. • Serve meals and clear tables in the dining room. • Respond promptly to resident emergency call systems. • Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to supervisors. • Maintain required care documentation per state regulations. • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and room organization. • Answer phones as needed.
