About the Role
The Field Specialist position in Drilling Services focuses on Measuring While Drilling (MWD) technology. The role involves collaborating with teams to solve complex problems and delivering logging‑while‑drilling services at well sites. The specialist will support the Drilling Services portfolio by applying expertise in wellbore placement, collision avoidance, and directional drilling. They will also participate in advanced technical training and continuous improvement initiatives related to well construction technologies. • Resolve moderately complex well‑site problems using MWD data analysis. • Report on Drilling Services portfolio activities. • Develop and deliver Logging While Drilling and Directional Drilling services. • Conduct advanced technical training and well‑site development programs. • Utilize hydraulics, torque & drag simulations and supervise BHA handling. • Communicate and drive continuous improvement of well‑construction technologies.

What You Bring
