About the Role
The role acts as the central coordination point for all project stakeholders, managing communication and workflow among internal teams and external partners such as real‑estate brokers, site‑selection representatives, due‑diligence specialists, engineering and architectural consultants, the client’s internal project leadership, and local construction services personnel. The Project Manager will facilitate alignment, lead procurement of qualified local general contractors, evaluate compliant bids, conduct bid leveling, oversee contractor selection, manage contracts through the full lifecycle, and deliver owner‑representative services to ensure quality, budget, schedule and program objectives are met from initiation through completion. • Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, supply chains) to deliver compliant projects. • Track and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slips. • Ensure effective project governance, processes and systems are applied. • Apply best practices across all projects. • Produce formal project status reports and required documentation. • Monitor multiple construction projects to verify design standards are followed. • Coordinate supplier interfaces with monthly trackers and weekly reviews. • Facilitate information flow through regular meetings and written communications. • Forecast and update key milestones and budget. • Manage local design teams according to commission criteria. • Provide technical support to owners, architects, contractors and regional stakeholders. • Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field. • Independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs. • Build strong client relationships to maximize new opportunities. • Advise project teams on strategic approaches to meet client and business objectives. • Capture key information and lessons learned for knowledge management. • Identify and implement process improvements for internal systems. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support an expansion program that will develop multiple new operational sites across key Florida cities, initially focusing on Tampa and Orlando with att 4‑6 locations in the first phase and further rollouts planned. • Offer expertise in cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field. • Strong organizational and management skills with collaborative ability. • Effective presentation and communication skills. • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and project management tools.
