About the Role

The Leasing Consultant at Sycamore at Scottsdale plays a vital role in the onsite management team, creating positive first impressions through friendly interactions and genuine interest in visitors. This position is responsible for achieving leasing goals such as occupancy and rent growth while building rapport with prospects and residents. Key duties include touring the property to generate interest, highlighting amenities and the lifestyle offered, qualifying prospects and conducting background checks, and ensuring apartments are ready for move‑in. The consultant also provides exceptional service to retain residents and handles office tasks and lease paperwork with attention to detail. • Qualify applicants and conduct background checks. • Prepare apartments for move‑in and coordinate lease paperwork. • Deliver high‑level service to retain residents. • Maintain organized office tasks and meet deadlines. • Operate standard office equipment and travel between properties as needed. • Follow all company policies, safety, and accessibility standards.
