• Serve military personnel during breakfast, lunch, and dinner messes. • Provide professional bar service in line with RSA standards. • Maintain clean and tidy dining and bar areas. • Assist with basic food preparation and stock replenishment. • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least one year of hospitality or catering experience, RSA certification and sound knowledge of food safety standards; a current driver’s licence and Australian citizenship are advantageous, and the ability to obtain a Defence Security Clearance is required.
