About the Role
• Make outbound calls to follow up on sales or service requests. • Answer high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly. • Schedule residential HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repair or replacement appointments. • Actively listen to customers, determine needs, and propose appropriate solutions. • Navigate ServiceTitan or other CRM systems to accurately record service details. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support. • Participate in outbound call campaigns and team meetings as required. • Follow approved scripts, procedures, and service standards.

What You Bring
You will operate in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call‑center environment where strong communication skills, active listening, and a customer‑first mindset are essential to success. • Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude during high‑stress periods. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of customer service, call‑center, or dispatcher experience preferred. • Demonstrate basic computer proficiency; ServiceTitan knowledge is a plus. • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication, reliability, punctuality, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Show competencies such as active listening, empathy, conflict resolution, attention to detail, time management, teamwork, and professional demeanor.

Benefits
The position is full‑time, onsite in Charlotte, NC, with a four‑week training program beginning March 2 2026.
