Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property managers work independently across multiple sites, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customer storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to walk around facilities, spending up to 50 % of the time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and routine maintenance such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris. Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursement provided.
