What You Bring

FM2, Lee Company’s facility maintenance and management team is seeking experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technicians. Our technicians install, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment for industrial and commercial customers, including refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, semi‑hermetic compressors, split systems, flame safeguard controls, air compressors, air driers, chillers, and packaged units. Candidates must have at least five years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience, hold an EPA certification, and possess a valid driver’s license. • Meet qualification standards: minimum 5 years HVAC experience, EPA certification, and valid driver’s license.
