About the Role

The role is a hands‑on engineering position responsible for designing equipment foundations, towers, building structures, pipe racks, platforms, and other structural components used in heavy‑industrial facilities. The engineer will work collaboratively with other disciplines and vendors, performing calculations, analysis, and producing documentation. The position reports to the Civil/Structural Director and is closely monitored by the supervisor, with detailed instructions provided as needed. While the role does not carry regular supervisory duties, the engineer will mentor junior staff and act as Engineer‑of‑Record on projects. • Execute structural calculations and analyses for foundations, towers, buildings, pipe racks, and platforms. • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineers, designers, and vendors; review site layouts and vendor drawings. • Generate structural analysis reports and detailed construction documents, including 3D models, specifications, and contractor scopes. • Prepare contractor bid packages, bills of material, and review shop drawings; respond to contractor RFIs. • Mentor junior team members, act as Engineer‑of‑Record, and review/seal designs created by others. • Provide training and leadership for less experienced engineers and designers. • Apply core competencies: effective communication, teamwork, ethical conduct, initiative, and quality focus.
