Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking enthusiastic, experienced Tipper Drivers to join the Pink Lily Sands Fleet Team. The position reports to the Logistics Manager and involves delivering quarry products to internal concrete plants and external job sites. It is a full‑time casual role, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime and weekend work based on business needs. The role offers a base rate of $42.75 per hour with overtime penalties (1.5× after 8 hours, 2× after 10 hours) and provides all required PPE and uniform. Drivers will operate reliable, well‑maintained tipper equipment and handle loading and transportation of quarry materials as instructed. Strong communication skills and a willingness to exceed customer expectations are essential. Candidates must hold a valid MC or HC licence and have experience operating semi‑trucks and dog‑type combinations. The ideal applicant is results‑focused, self‑motivated, safety‑conscious, and possesses a solid understanding of the transport industry.
