What You Bring
The South Australian team is seeking an experienced Engineering professional to step into the role of Sector Manager following an internal promotion. This senior position will lead a multidisciplinary transport engineering group, focusing on business growth, client relationship building, technical excellence, and developing a high‑performing team. The ideal candidate holds a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline) and is eligible for professional registration such as RPEQ or CPEng. You should have at least 20 years of experience in highway and road infrastructure, including leadership of large, multidisciplinary engineering teams within a consulting environment. Proven market‑facing capability, a track record of winning major transport pursuits, and strong governance experience are essential, as is a strategic, collaborative mindset focused on digital innovation and inclusive practice. • Hold a civil engineering degree and be eligible for RPEQ or CPEng registration. • Possess 20+ years of highway and road infrastructure experience, including leadership of large teams. • Demonstrated success in business development and winning major transport projects.
