Perform night‑shift water leak detection & repair on refrigeration systems

About the Role
• Perform reactive and proactive water leak work on refrigeration condensate pipework safely and to high standards. • Respond to logged leaks, identify sources, repair or replace faulty pipework/components, and clear blockages. • Maintain internal drainage systems, drop‑down pipework, and dairy pump trays as needed. • Diagnose equipment faults, provide effective solutions, and escalate issues when required. • Complete jobs within SLA timeframes, meet KPI targets, and adhere to Arcus Health & Safety and client site requirements. • Plan routes, manage daily workload, prioritize aged work orders, and aim for first‑time fixes.

What You Bring
• Experience in water leak or drainage work (advantageous) and basic plumbing knowledge. • Basic electrical knowledge (desired, not essential). • Relevant trade or industry qualifications/certifications (desired). • Full UK driving licence (essential) and IT competence (apps, email). • Ability to work night shifts, including flexible Sunday availability. • Availability for a 45‑hour week (Sunday‑Thursday) and on‑call rota as needed. • Provided smartphone, tools, uniform and PPE.
