About the Role

Under direct supervision you will track and support service agreement renewals, participate in accounts receivable activities, and provide backup call handling as needed. You will schedule and monitor touch‑point plans, raise issues for timely follow‑up, interact with customers to secure purchase orders, run reports, reconcile costs, prepare special invoices, resolve billing disputes, and maintain accurate customer account information. • Track and support service agreement renewal process • Participate in accounts receivable activities including collections and authorizations • Provide backup customer call handling and day‑to‑day service operational support • Schedule, track, and monitor touch‑point plans and contract renewal lifecycle • Raise issues for timely follow‑up and interact with customers for purchase orders or special invoicing • Run query reports, reconcile labor, material, and expense costs • Prepare and submit service billings in special invoice formats • Reconcile accounts payable exceptions and resolve AR disputes • Process invoice credits, re‑bills, and maintain customer account information • Support inventory control and assist with warranty issue resolutions

What You Bring

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, at least an associate’s degree, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tact and persistence. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, desktop publishing and internet business applications, along with independent work habits, organizational detail, and experience in contract financials, is essential. HVAC, accounts receivable, and project accounting experience are preferred. • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Minimum associate’s degree • Ability to manage multiple projects with prioritization based on financial impact • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, desktop publishing, and internet business applications • Independent work style, organized with strong attention to detail • Experience with contract financials; HVAC, accounts receivable, and project accounting experience preferred
