About the Role
• Assist in installing sheeting materials such as subfloors, wall sheeting, and roofing sheeting. • Assist in assembling doors, windows, trim, and millwork, including hardware and painting. • Gather materials needed for unit assembly and small finishing items. • Pre‑assemble components and read/interpret blueprints. • Use hand and power tools safely.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has experience in residential or commercial carpentry, is proficient with hand and power tools, can lift 55 lb unassisted (35 lb overhead), and can stand, crouch, or kneel for extended periods. Applicants will be contacted only if selected for an interview; the role is safety‑sensitive and requires drug and alcohol screening and a background check.
