About the Role
The role of Senior NOC Engineer is detail‑oriented and proactive, focusing on the coordination of design deliverables with project management, design teams, and diverse stakeholders. The engineer acts as a liaison between the design team and regulatory authorities, ensuring smooth communication, proper documentation, and timely approvals in line with authority requirements. Key duties include managing the submission of various NOC stages—Information, Pre‑Final, Preliminary, and Final Design—through the RTA E‑NOC portal, attending kickoff meetings to support the design team, and ensuring that all documents adhere to authority guidelines, standards, and specifications. The engineer also handles master plan submissions to DDA, Dubai Municipality, and Trakhees, oversees sign‑off sheet submissions to DEWA, Du, Etisalat, Dubai Police and other entities, and processes building permits via Dubai‑BPS. • Coordinate design deliverables to meet authority submission requirements. • Manage timely submission of Information, Pre‑Final, Preliminary, and Final Design NOCs via the RTA E‑NOC portal. • Attend kickoff and coordination meetings to support the design team during the NOC process. • Ensure design documents comply with authority guidelines, standards, and specifications. • Submit and track Initial & Final Master Plans to DDA, Dubai Municipality, and Trakhees. • Manage submission of Sign‑Off Sheets to DEWA, Du, Etisalat, Dubai Police, Ambulance Services, and other relevant authorities. • Handle building permit submissions through Dubai‑BPS. • Liaise with authorities and the design team, arranging meetings and following up on feedback. • Maintain an updated NOC & SOS tracker for monitoring and reporting.

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, along with proven experience in NOC coordination or authority liaison. Candidates must be familiar with NOC portals, Dubai‑BPS, and other submission platforms, and possess strong knowledge of authority guidelines such as RTA, DDA, DM, and DEWA. Excellent organizational, time‑management, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is meticulous attention to regulatory compliance. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. • Proven experience in NOC coordination or authority liaison. • Familiarity with NOC portals, Dubai‑BPS, and other submission platforms. • Strong knowledge of authority guidelines (RTA, DDA, DM, DEWA, etc.). • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. • Proficiency with online submission portals and tracking tools. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • High attention to detail and focus on regulatory compliance.
