About the Role

Assist the Project Manager with planning, organizing, and tracking day-to-day construction activities. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to support smooth site operations. Prepare and maintain key project documents such as meeting minutes, action logs, progress trackers, and basic reports. Help update construction schedules and monitor progress against milestones. Support basic cost tracking including quantities, progress measurements, and input for payment applications. What You Bring

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology, in areas such as Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical is required. Internship or work experience in construction or engineering projects is preferred. Basic understanding of construction methods, drawings, and project phases. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with site and office teams. Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast‑paced construction environment. • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical). • Possess internship or work experience in construction/engineering projects. • Understand construction methods, drawings, and project phases. • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel. • Strong organizational and communication skills; collaborate effectively with site and office teams. • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
