About the Role
The Security Associate role is essential to maintaining a safe environment for resort owners, guests and fellow team members. This position delivers proactive, professional security services and contributes to the overall success of the resort. The associate will respond quickly to emergencies, patrol the interior and perimeter, manage alarm and life‑safety systems, conduct regular inspections, investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports, and provide outstanding guest service, including directions, package delivery and basic first‑aid or CPR when needed. • Respond quickly to emergencies such as fire, safety hazards, or threats • Patrol interior and perimeter to identify safety and security risks • Lead communications and alarm systems; coordinate life‑safety equipment maintenance • Conduct periodic and random inspections to prevent theft, vandalism, fire, and accidents • Maintain inspection reports and advise management of deficiencies • Investigate security incidents, accidents and suspicious activities, and prepare detailed reports • Provide guest service: answer inquiries, give directions, deliver packages, solve problems • Assist management and teammates with tasks as required • Patrol the property for 8–9 hours continuously • Work various shifts, including nights Sunday‑Thursday

What You Bring
Candidates must be able to patrol for 8–9 hours, work rotating shifts, possess prior security or customer‑service experience, be proficient with computers, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications include hotel experience, a military or law‑enforcement background, and current First Aid/CPR certification.
