About the Role

The firm is hiring an OSINT Training, Tradecraft, and Exercises Support professional to train military and civilian personnel, deliver virtual and mobile instruction, and enhance OSINT capabilities across the organization. The role will also contribute to curriculum assessment, statistical reporting, and integration of OSINT into military intelligence standards. • Train soldiers, civilians, contractors, and potential foreign partners in PAI, OSINT reporting, dissemination, coordination, and cueing while integrating with other intelligence disciplines. • Deliver OSINT training at multiple locations via Mobile Training Teams or virtual learning platforms. • Provide basic and advanced OSINT training and certification to DIA personnel and stakeholders, keeping curriculum current with emerging threats and technologies. • Assist the OSINT community in understanding tools and techniques for intelligence gathering from publicly available sources. • Develop and conduct scenario‑based training exercises for OSINT activities. • Assess existing training curricula, documentation, and effectiveness using After Action Reviews, lessons learned, and other sources. • Create new methods for tracking and reporting DIA/NDOC program statistics and improve related standards and processes. • Support development of OSINT collective tasks in Military Intelligence Training Standards and integrate OSINT into exercise design and coalition partner exercises.

What You Bring

• Maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a counter‑intelligence polygraph (PR within 6 years). • Hold a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years experience, a Master’s with 8+ years, or a PhD/JD with 5+ years; additional experience may substitute for a degree. • Preferably completed OS301, OS302, and/or CASO training. • Ability to develop, direct, plan, and evaluate training programs to meet learning objectives. • Knowledge of needs analysis, custom course development, evaluation criteria, and learning assessments. • Skilled in creating course content, visual aids, and documentation for lecture, labs, field training, CBT, or WBT formats. • Capable of evaluating training programs, assessing results, and implementing enhancements as needed.
