What You Bring

We are seeking candidates with technical backgrounds in several business lines: Architecture (Buildings and Places); Civil, Structural, Traffic, and Aviation Engineering (Transportation); Civil and Environmental Engineering focusing on remediation and EHS + AIR (Environmental); Construction Management and Construction Engineering (Project and Program Management); and Civil, Water Resources, Hydraulic, or Geotechnical Engineering (Water). Many positions will be based in Georgia and the Southeast United States. Applicants should be working toward or have earned a BA/BS or MA/MS degree in a related discipline from an ABET‑accredited institution. Preferred qualifications include experience with Building Information Modeling tools such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks; Geographic Information Systems like ESRI ArcGIS; project‑management software such as Bluebeam and Revu; and familiarity with Tableau or Python. • Required degree: BA/BS or MA/MS in related field from an ABET‑accredited program • Preferred experience: BIM (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks), GIS (ArcGIS), project‑management tools (Bluebeam, Revu), Tableau, Python • No relocation assistance or sponsorship; travel may require a valid U.S. driver’s license

The Wednesday evening networking mixer runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., where candidates hear from AECOM staff about projects, career paths, and the company, and meet fellow students and professionals. Interviews are scheduled for Thursday at our Atlanta office, offering a pathway to career opportunities starting immediately or in Spring/Summer 2026. Relocation assistance and sponsorship are not available. Some roles may require travel and a valid U.S. driver’s license. Compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location, with a salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 per year.
